Return Conditions

The right of withdrawal applies to the purchased product in its entirety; it is not possible to exercise the right of withdrawal on only part of the purchased product (e.g., accessories, attachments, etc.).

The product must be intact, unopened, and returned in its original packaging (including labels and security seals).

Bottles must not have been uncorked or damaged.

Return Procedure

Send a written communication to info@botterowineshop.com stating your order number and the items you wish to return.

Once the return is authorized, ship the products to the company's registered office: Daniele Enrico Bottero, Via Guido Reni 85, 10136 Torino (TO), Italy.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs for returning the goods are the responsibility of the customer (as provided by law).

Refunds Once the product has been received and inspected, we will refund the full amount paid (including standard initial shipping costs) within 14 days of the moment we were informed of your decision. The refund will be made using the same payment method chosen during the purchase.
