Returns Policy
The Italian regulations on wine returns, like for any product purchased online, are governed by Legislative Decree 21/2014, which implements the European directive on consumer rights, and which complements Legislative Decree 206/2005, which regulates distance contracts (i.e., those made outside of commercial premises).
You have the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement for any reason, without the need for explanation and without any penalty. To exercise this right, you simply need to send a written communication to info.bottero@gmail.com. Within 14 business days from the date of receipt of the goods, you must also arrange for the shipment of the purchased goods to the address indicated below.
The only condition we require is that the bottle has not been opened.

How Long Do I Have to Ship the Wine?
The wine must be returned within 14 business days from the date of receipt.
How Long Does a Refund Take?
Once we receive the bottles of wine, we will immediately initiate the refund process. The timing will depend on the payment method you used. In any case, the refund will not take longer than 10 days.
Special Exceptions:
For bottles in the "Premium Wines" and "Fine Wines" categories with a price of €400.00 or more, a refund or replacement is guaranteed in the case of a cork defect. This is subject to verification after the bottle has been returned, re-sealed with its original cork to allow us to perform the check. The verification will be carried out by an industry expert (oenologist or wine technician) who will certify the defect.
